AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Maggie Eunice (Percival) Swint, 82, entered into rest Monday, December 1, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital. Mrs. Swint is the wife of 58 years to William (Bill) Swint. She was born in Harlem, GA to the late James R. Percival and Maggie Lee Pearson Percival. Mrs. Swint is a member of Mosaic United Methodist Church. She loved reading and spending time with her family. The funeral service will be held graveside Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Pastor Carolyn Moore and Reverend Tim Pendrey officiating. The family has asked friends to gather at the grave. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Swint is preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Wardle; and five brothers, Robert Percival, Gorden Percival, Willard Percival, Dick Percival, and Baby Marvin Percival; and two sisters, Sara Percival and Mozelle Osborn. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Swint is also survived by two sons, Larry (Bonnie) Swint and Ken Swint, both of Augusta; two daughters, Angie (Mike) Arrington of Martinez and Annette (Kelly Lipe) Swint of Canton, GA; one brother, Marion Percival of Jackson, SC; 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
