In Loving Memory of Lorie Bourgoin

A Loving Mom • Wife • Nana •Best Friend

"To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."

2 Corinthians 5:8

Lorie Bourgoin was the kind of person you never forgot. She was the loudest cheerleader you could hear across the softball field, always supporting and encouraging her children from the sidelines. If Amy was playing, you could count on hearing Lorie's voice above the crowd.

She was a loyal friend, a devoted wife, and a loving mother whose heart had room for everyone. She helped raise two children who were not biologically hers, but you would have never known the difference. She loved them as her own every single day.

Lorie adored her five beautiful grandchildren and treasured every moment she spent with them. She also loved her best friend/ daughter-in-law and son-in-law deeply and welcomed them into her heart as family. Through every season of life, her husband stood faithfully by her side, sharing a love that endured through it all.

She had a passion for classic rock and old country music, and she loved spending time shooting pool. She was exceptionally talented at the game and competed in pool tournaments and competitions. She also had a passion for gems and crystals others may mistake for rocks, but she knew their precious nature and spiritual value, and she loved spending long days mining them with her son Christian who shared her passion .Whether she was laughing with friends, listening to her favorite songs, or making memories with her family, Lorie lived life with a spirit that drew people to her. She had a smile that said you can trust me and a laugh that told you she would always be there for you no matter what you went thru..

She was loved by everyone who knew her. Her laughter, strength, kindness, and unwavering love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing that she is reunited with loved ones gone before her and is resting peacefully in the presence of her Savior.

Forever Loved • Forever Missed • Forever Remembered
