Lisa Meadows Moore, 62, of Evans, Georgia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

Lisa was born in Augusta, GA, on December 8, 1963.

She is survived by her mother, Ann Meadows; her children, Matt (Amber) Moore and Candace (Stephen) Mobley; her cherished grandchildren, who called her “Nannie,” Oakley McNair, Betty Ann Moore, and Marlowe Moore; and her sisters, Pam Boulineau and Amy Ingram. She is preceded in death by her father, Jesse Meadows. Her family was her greatest joy, and she poured her love into them wholeheartedly.

She was known for her strong work ethic and generous spirit. Lisa consistently put the needs of others before her own and found purpose in helping wherever she could. She had a deep love for animals and a creative heart, often making crafts to brighten the lives of friends, family, and anyone who needed a bit of kindness. Time spent with her grandchildren brought her the most happiness.

A memorial service honoring Lisa’s life will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026, at West Town Community Church in Evans, GA. Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM, followed by a service at 5:00 PM.

Lisa’s compassion, warmth, and unwavering love will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all the lives she touched.
