Larry was only 15 years old when he entered his first wrestling match. Larry, aka “Big E; King V; Ice pick; or Tupelo Teddy Bear”. “Big E” wrestled for the “IWF” and “NWA” of Georgia. He was champion twice and the World Heavyweight Champion of the NWF. “Big E” was voted the most popular wrestler for the “Bad Boys” of wrestling, giving him a career of 43 years. Larry helped train many young wrestlers of the CSRA, some of whom went on to wrestle professionally in the USA and overseas.
Larry is proceeded in death by both of his parents (Wanda & Cecil Ogelsby).
He is survived by cousins, Ricky Stokely (Jeanette), Teresa Rockefeller (Jerry), many other extended family and friends.
