Larry Russell Agner, 74, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Pat Agner; son, Russ Agner; daughter, Lee Edwards (Matt); son, Darrell Watson (Tina); son, Michael Watson, (Leeann); daughter, Dana Csira (Joe); sisters, Barbara Youngblood and Janet Oglesby (Glenn); brothers, Mickey Agner (Susan), Glenn Agner (Christy), Mark Teague (Sharla), Phillip Teague (Donna); and daughter, Renee Agner; ten grandchildren, Zach, Austin, Chase, Garrett, Bryce, Olivia, Lauren T., Lauryn B., Jacob, and Liam; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Les Agner; mother, Virginia Teague; and his brothers, Chris Teague and Stevie Teague.

Larry loved the Lord and his family. He had many friends. He was a collector of UGA memorabilia and loved to watch the Bulldogs play on Saturdays. He had a wonderful collection of Indian arrowheads. Larry enjoyed making people laugh and never met a stranger.

He lived life to the fullest, always stopping to speak to children (young and old) when they came near him. He was known as "Papa" to most of them.

Larry loved his family and he brought people into his inner circle and loved them like his own.

The money will be given to the Busy Bees. They meet on Wednesdays and make blankets and quilts for Restart of Augusta.
