The funeral service will be Wednesday, February 24, 2016, 2:00 p.m., at West Acres Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Harmon and Rev. Denny Mack officiating. Mrs. Spires will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Interment at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
