With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kimberly Majors, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Born on January 30, 1966, in Fullerton, California, Kimberly departed this world on April 25, 2026, after a courageous and prolonged battle with her heart condition. Her spirit, laughter, and love will forever echo in the hearts of all who knew her.
Kimberly was the cherished daughter of Grace and Audie Wayant, who preceded her in death, along with her brother Ron Wayant and great-niece Kali Landwehr. She is survived by her three devoted daughters: Lindsey Kindberg, Kristen Flowers (Kelton), and Kamryn Majors; seven adoring grandchildren Jaidyn(Trevor), Jayce, Tristan, Benjamin, Brooklyn, Colton; and one precious great-grandchild Charlotte. Her brothers, Tom Wayant (Annette) and Steve Tate (Lisa), also survive her, along with countless friends who became family over the years.
A proud graduate of Centralia High School, Class of 1984, Kimberly carved out a successful career as a service manager with various automotive companies, where she was admired for her dedication and expertise. Her work ethic and kindness left a lasting impression on colleagues and customers alike.
Beyond her professional achievements, it was Kimberly's personal life that truly defined her. She was a beacon of kindness, always extending a helping hand to those in need. Her sharp wit and infectious sense of humor brought smiles and laughter to any gathering, brightening even the darkest days. Kimberly's ability to savor life’s joys, no matter the circumstances, left a legacy of cherished memories for her family and friends.
Kimberly's passions were as vibrant as her personality. She found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren, creating memories during card games and family gatherings. Her love for shopping, coupled with an eclectic taste in music, particularly BTS and Bruno Mars, brought her great happiness. Adventurous at heart, Kimberly shared her enthusiasm for drag races with her youngest daughter (Kamryn) and granddaughter (Jaidyn), relishing every thrilling moment on the track.
A celebration of Kimberly's life will be held on May 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Hephzibah Cemetery, located at Cemetery St, Hephzibah, GA 30815. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring Kimberly's life and legacy, sharing stories and memories of the joy she brought into their lives.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and doctors at WellStar MCG Hospital for their unwavering care and support over the past 16 years. Your dedication and compassion provided comfort not only to Kimberly but also to those who loved her.
Kimberly Majors will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered for her boundless love, infectious laughter, and the warmth she brought into every life she touched. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
