Kathleen Pratt passed away on August 18, 2025.

Kathleen mostly known as Kathy was a native of Augusta and a graduate of Westside High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Nell Pratt; and her siblings, Sylvia Barton ("Sibbie"), Susan Pratt Smith and Angela Pratt Hodges ("Angie). The loss of her beloved baby sister Angie left a lasting impact on Kathy's heart, and the passing of Susan one month before her own was a sorrow she never fully voiced. Now she rests beside them once more.

Kathy is survived by her brother, Randy Pratt (Cathy); her sisters, Linda Shackelford (Jim) and Bonnie Shelton (David), along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will carry her memory forward with love.

She had a bold spirit and wasn't afraid to speak her mind-not out of pride but from a deep desire to see the world made better. Her convictions were unwavering, her voice steady and her heart often bigger than her words could express. Though life brought its share of pain, Kathy loved fiercely, cared deeply and never stopped believing in something more. And now in the company of her sisters and the peace she longed for she is finally home.
