Karen Hatcher Arcuri, 66, entered into rest at her home on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.

Karen was born in Augusta, GA, and retired from the Columbia County Board of Education Transportation Department.

Karen is preceded in death by her brother, Stanley Hatcher; her father, Bill Hatcher; her mother, Arlene Hatcher; and her husband, Joel Ross Arcuri. She is survived by her sons, Ernest Gary Harden Jr. and Johnathan "Johnny" Nathaniel Harden; her stepson, Tony Arcuri; her sisters, Sharon Landers and Harriett Heard; her brother, Rodney Hatcher; and numerous nieces and nephews. She adored her 8 grandchildren and got to see her first great-grandson born. She was a loving mother to her sons, and she will be greatly missed. May she forever be in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Westover Memorial Park, 2601 Wheeler Rd, Augusta, GA 30904.
