Joseph Burnette Looney entered into rest on September 29th 2021. A celebration of life will be held October 6th 2021 at 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post 63, 90 Milledge Rd, Augusta, GA 30904.

Joseph was born in Marietta GA on January 21st, 1996. He grew up in the Augusta area and was loved by many. Joseph will forever shine down. He was gone to soon but will never be forgotten.

Survivors include his mother Annette Randall, his father Joseph Looney, his stepfather Thomas Randall, his brothers Christopher Looney, Thomas and David Randall, his sisters Rachel VanWinkle and Shelli Looney, his grandmothers Valerie Looney and Brenda Hays, his fiancé Andrea Lyons and several aunts uncles nieces and nephews.
