Mr. Joseph Claude Hamilton Jr., husband of the late Kathryn Radcliffe Hamilton, entered into rest on July 11, 2021. A graveside service will be held on Friday July 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Magnolia Cemetery in Waynesboro,703 W. Sixth St., with Rev. Dave Dillard officiating.

Mr. Hamilton was a member of Parksville Masonic Lodge #199 for over 50 years and was also an avid member of the Savannah River Beagle Club. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.

In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by two daughters Kathy Lynn Hamilton, and Jodi Elaine Hamilton. Survivors include his daughter Patricia Hamilton Shirey, six grandchildren Allison Lyons Adams, Amy Lyons Bates, Joseph Andrew Shirey, Kathryn Elizabeth Shirey, Sara Shirey Harris, and Ashley Nicole Shirey, and 10 great grandchildren.
