Mr. Joseph Robert Canada, age 70, beloved husband of Donna Roper Canada, entered into rest Sunday, April 1, 2018 at University Hospital. Mr. Canada was born in Augusta to the late Herman and Katherine Deas Canada. There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.. In addition to Mr. Canada's parents, he is also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Henry Lee Canada and Clarence Deas. In addition to Mr. Canada's wife, he is also survived by a son, Christopher Shane Canada of Augusta; 3 daughters, Elizabeth Noele Lang (Chris) of Dearing, GA, Stephania H. Griffin (Chris) of Concord, NC, and Margaret A. Gladin (Perry) of Concord, NC; a brother, Craig Canada (Sherri) of Augusta; and 8 grandchildren, Michael, Michele, Kristen, Victoria, Aaron, Evan, Connor, and Aralyn.
