MARTINEZ, Ga. - Entered into rest on July 23, 2014 at her residence, Mrs. Jonnie Goodwin Murphy, wife of the late William Murphy. Jonnie was the daughter of the late Luther and Cora Connor. She lived in this area all of her life. She retired from Winn Dixie where she worked as Floral Designer. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Wayne Goodwin and brother Thomas Connor, sisters Lee Driver, Ann Murphy and Nan Brassell. Survivors are 3 daughters, Laura Northcraft (Steve), Julie Barden (Richard), and Cindy Goodwin; 7 grandchildren, Shari Vautrin (Will), Charity Fonseca (Lino), Kelli Barden, Megan Durand (Matt), Buster Barden, Makenzie Northcraft, Colby Northcraft; great grandchildren, Andrea Fonseca, Riley Vautrin and Payton Gravely; brothers, Luther Connor, Ned Connor, and George Connor; sisters, Connie Hill and Gloria Crosby. Funeral service will be held in the King Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Ellis Moore officiating on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Derrell Connor, Buster Barden, Tanner Brassell, Tim Brassell, Will Vautrin, Colby Northcraft.
