BLYTHE, Ga. - Mr. Johnny Morgan Lowe III entered into rest Monday, December 1, 2014. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the cemetery. Johnny is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Lowe, Jr., and Ruth McNeely Lowe; and a brother, Arthur James Lowe. Johnny is survived by a brother, Donald E. (Barbara Malin) Lowe; an adopted brother, Benny Gene McNeely; 2 sisters, Diane (Joe) Winstead and Cheryl L. Phillips; and numerous nieces and nephews.
