AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest at his residence on February 28, 2014, Mr. Mark Lewis, husband of Catherine D Amico Lewis of Augusta, Ga. He was the son of the late John and Doris Lewis. He was a truck driver until his retirement. He was a loving husband and liked to fish. Survivors include his wife, Catherine D. Lewis; his four legged daughter, Tina; 2 sisters, Rhonda Treadaway and Karen Crall; Other sisters and relatives. A memorial service will be held on March 4, 2014 at 3:30 p.m., in Thomas L.
