Mr. John Harold Lewis, 65, of Augusta, entered into rest on January 23, 2021. A graveside service will be held at Bellevue Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 29, 2021.

Mr. Lewis was born in Augusta, Georgia and was the son of Frances and the late Harold Lewis. He graduated Evans High School before pursuing his career as a recording artist. He then ventured into construction before retiring from Plant Vogtle. He loved singing, playing golf, and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter Dora, and sister Nancy. He is survived by his sons Jason (Laurel), Austin (Kathryn), one grandson, daughter Tori, and sister Bonnie (Jimmy).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to CSRA Humane Society. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday at Thomas L. King Funeral Home.
