In loving and fond memory, John Homer Hartline was born on November 21, 1972 and passed away on September 8, 2021. John was a loving son, brother, and father. He is survived by his mother Ann Hartline, step mother Trudy Hartline, two brothers Jimmy and Jeromie (Amy) Hartline, and five children, Jordyn, Payton, Cadyn, Paisley, and Eli. Also survived by Grandmother Gladys Hartline. John was preceded in death by his father Jimmie Ray Hartline, brother David, and grandparents Willie and Hattie Smith and Homer Hartline. Services will be a small ceremony with close family members.
