Jason Kinchen, born on February 23, 1967, peacefully passed away on February 23, 2026. He leaves behind a rich legacy defined by his dedication to family, his service to the nation, and his deep passions.

Jason proudly served in the United States Air Force, a commitment that exemplified his strong sense of duty and dedication to his country. Following his military service, he worked for the Veterans Affairs, where he continued to serve those who had also devoted their lives to the nation.

A man of many interests, Jason found joy in fishing and hunting, pursuits that often brought him closer to nature and provided cherished moments with loved ones. He was an Avid Ga Bulldog fan and a NASCAR fan. His love for his family was unwavering, and he made it a priority to nurture those bonds.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Carrie Kinchen; his father, Larry Lee Kinchen (Donna); and his two sons, Brett Kinchen (Dorian) and Carson Kinchen (Jasmine). Jason was a proud grandfather to Kendell, Kolton, Kaityn, Riojas, Brenden, and Elizabeth, who brought immense joy to his life. He is also survived by his siblings, Nat Bacon, Raymond Bacon (Becky), and Heather Young, along with many nieces, nephews, and other family members who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Jason was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Gloria Bacon (Richard), as well as his brothers, Sean Kinchen and Patrick Bacon, and his step-sister, Leigh Roberts. Their memories will continue to be a source of comfort and inspiration for all who knew him.

His life was a testament to the values of love, service, and family. Jason Kinchen will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
