Mrs. Jane Neville Lamb 71, beloved wife of James W. Lamb, entered into rest Monday, March 27, 2017 at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. Mrs. Lamb was born in Augusta to the late Lloyd and Ruth Neville. She had worked as a newspaper deliverer for the Augusta Herald, was a member of Central Christian Church, a member of the Homemakers Sunday School Class, and a member of C W F. Mrs. Lamb was a devoted wife, sister, and aunt and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lamb was preceded in death by a sister, Jewell Neville Saxon and a brother, Jimmy Lloyd Neville. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Lamb was also survived by a brother, Johnny Neville, wife Ellen, of Leander, TX; and two nieces and five nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday March 31, 2017, at Central Christian Church with Pastor Stephen Croft officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be the Elders of Central Christian Church. Interment will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
