James"Jim" Wade Mote born December 21st, 1938, In Winder, GA to the late John Emory Mote, Sr. and the late Mattie Lou Wilson Mote. He was the baby of the family and was preceded in death by Helen Masters, John Emory Mote, Jr., Zola Mae Mitchell, and Douglas Mote. He is survived by his loving fiance, Debbie Arcuri; daughter, Janice(Dan) Rosser of Elijay, GA; granddaughter, Hailey Rosser; grandson, Brooks Rosser, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was a hard worker who enjoyed his work. He retired from working civil service as a lab tech for the army at Fort Gordon, GA. He served his nation in the Army National Guard and later retired form the James Brown Arena. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Georgia Bulldogs football.

The family will accept visitors from 9:00 - 11:00 am on Friday, July 15th, 2022 at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez, GA 30907.
