James "Jimmy" Marvin Laclair (61) entered into rest June 10, 2025 at his residence.  Jimmy was a lifelong resident of Augusta and a member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church. He loved to draw and hand color pictures, and gave them to family members throughout his lifetime. Jimmy was also known for his love of martial arts and could kick like Bruce Lee, even from a young age. He was a kind and generous Christian man, and would share whatever he had with those around him, not matter how small. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry J. Leclair, Sr. and Louise Leclair, and siblings Henry Leclair, Louise Ciamillo, Linda Crawford, Larry Laclair, Eddie Laclair and Raymond Laclair. Survivors include his siblings, June Gross, Jesse Leclair and his wife Ann, Gracie Cawthorne and her husband William, Jackie Leclair, Mary Clair, Gloria Leclair and Celia Odom, sister-in-law, Shelley Leclair and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services with Father Andrew offering prayers will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Magnolia Cemetery in Augusta, Georgia.
