James David Brazell Sr., 70, of Martinez, went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2024.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Daisy Brazell; sisters, Helen Odom and Edith Ford; and his brothers, Leroy Brazell, Billy Brazell, and Danny Brazell. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Karen Ream Brazell; his children, James David Brazell Jr. (Julie) and Amy Brazell Delone (Jamie); and four grandchildren, Hunter Delone, Novalee Delone, Annalane Delone, and Jordon Delone.

James was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Christway Christian Church, 4004 Prescott Drive, Augusta GA 30907, with Preacher Barry Clanton officiating.
