CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Entered into rest on July 18, 2013 in a local hospital, Mrs. Jackie Brush, mother of Mrs. Leslie B. Holcomb of Cleveland, Tn. Mrs. Brush was born in Augusta, Ga. and moved to Cleveland 11 years ago. She was retired from the Southern Bell Telephone Co. after 40 years of service. She was a member of Freedom Fellowship Church in Augusta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. John Devant Williams and Martha Amanda Baker Williams. Survivors include one daughter, Leslie Holcomb and husband Mark; three grandchildren, Aaron, Jarred, and Philip Holcomb, all of Cleveland, Tn.; life long friends, Mary Ann Robinson, Martinez, Ga., Jackie Sweeny, Martinez, Ga., and Jane Torsch, The Villages, Fl. Graveside services were held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. in Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Terry Doss officiating. Thomas L. King Funeral Home.
