HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Entered into rest at his residence on May 13, 2014, Mr. Irvin E. Fletcher, husband of Mrs. Mary O. Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher was the son of the late Carlos and Lois Fletcher. He was in the Army during Vietnam, and he was retired from the Hephzibah Fire Department. Survivors: Mary O. Fletcher; three sons, Eric Fletcher, Steven Katic, Gary Fletcher; two daughters, Alana Williamson, Alicias Meringolo; one brother, Charles Fletcher; 14 grandchildren. Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Vance Hephzibah City Cemetery in Hephzibah, Ga. with Chaplain Pauline Hughes officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Visitation will be tonight at the Thomas L. King Funeral Home, Martinez, Ga., between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. Honorary pallbearers: Chief Robert Morris, Chief James Lewis.
