EVANS, Ga. - Entered into rest in at her residence in Evans, Ga. on October 17, 2015, Mrs. Irene F. Stottlemire, wife of the late James Stottlemire of Evans. Irene was born in Laurens County, Georgia to the late Elbert and Emma Lou C. Fordham. She worked as a dispatcher and in the jail for Lincoln and McDuffie Counties. Survivors: 3 sons, Lonnie Hatcher, Larry Hatcher, Mark Hatcher; one stepdaughter, Donna Nochta; seven grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sherry Boisson. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Dr. Michael Davenport officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Visitation will be at the King Funeral Home 10 a.m. until 12 noon the day of service.
