Howard Richard Lewis Jr., 79, of Grovetown passed away on August 10, 2026.

Howard was a lifelong resident of Augusta. He was a retired contractor and built many houses with his brother for over 30 years in Columbia County and even in Myrtle Beach. He was man of God and was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He is survived by his children, Richard Lewis, and Stephanie Lewis; his brother, Michael Lewis; 7 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and other extended family members.

Services will be held privately.
