Guadalupe Median-Roman, 89, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

Guadalupe was born in Isabela, Puerto Rico, to his parents, Florentina Medina and Francisco Perez. He came to Brooklyn, New York, in 1959, where he was a chef helper at the Golden Gate Hotel. He eventually became the head chef and then opened up his own Hispanic restaurant in Brooklyn. He then retired to Carolina, Puerto Rico.

Guadalupe leaves behind one brother, Francisco Perez; six loving children; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
