Esther Ruth Nelson, age 79, died Wednesday, November 8, 2017 in Augusta, Georgia. She was born on December 19, 1937 and was the daughter of Harry and Opal Hughes. Ruth was a wonderful mother and homemaker who loved her family and enjoyed the company of many friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband George and her two children Dennis and Donna. Graveside services will be held at 3 PM Monday, November 13, 2017 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown, Georgia.
