Mr. Ernest Vie (PaPa) Cozart 91 of Augusta Ga. Went home to be with the lord on June 11,2017 PaPa was born on Jan.9,1926 in Grovetown Ga. He is survived by his wife of almost 70 years Mrs. Mary B. Cozart 3- sons- Ernest David (Sabrina) Cozart -Harlem Ga. Robert Mitchell(Brigitte)Cozart-Harlem Ga. William Spencer(Ashley)Cozart-Augusta Ga. 8- Grandchildren-Charles David Cozart,Christopher David Cozart,Harrison Cole Cozart,Robert Mitchell(Lauren)Cozart II, Ashton Brooke(Paul) Huffman,Aaron Spencer(Kristen) Cozart,Joshua Nicholas Cozart,Cody Mikel(Casey)Cozart. 8-Great grandchildren-Dallas Cozart Cristian Cozart,Madisyn Cozart,Brooklyn Cozart,Paul Huffman Jr,Marley Cozart,Kinley Cozart,Waylon Cozart. 1- sister-Patricia Buller- Augusta Ga. and several nieces and nephews. Pa Pa Cozart served in the US Navy Seaman First Class in 1944 where he received several medals and ribbons. He never met a stranger and always had a joke to tell you, and enjoying making his family and friends laugh. He was a loving husband,father,grandfather,he loved to hunt and fish and be in the outdoors. He was loved by all that knew him. The Graveside service will be held Thursday June 15,2017 at 10;30 am at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Pastor Greg Bentley officiating. Family and friends will meet at the graveside. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
