A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015, 11:00 a.m., at Bellevue Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Pittman officiating. Mrs. Powell will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Larry Whaley, Larry Whaley Jr., John Mullis, Mikie Oliphant, Travis Gough, Jeff Logue. The visitation will be Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Thomas L.
