HARLEM, Ga. - Entered into rest at Doctors Hospital on April 4, 2014, Mr. Donald L. Dickens, Sr., husband of Mrs. Christine M. Dickens of Harlem. Mr. Dickens was the son of the late Richard and Annie Newman Dickens; he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Charles and Richard Dickens. Survivors: wife, Christine M. Dickens; one son, Donald Dickens, Jr. and wife Virginia; one daughter, Donna D. McNair and husband Tony; one brother, Bruce Dickens and wife Rebecca; one sister, Ponda Holt and husband James; one grandson, Zane Dickens; 3 granddaughters, Laci Glosser, KaLeigh McNair, Britti Dickens. Family will receive friends at the King Funeral Home on Sunday, April 6 between 4 and 6 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. in King Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.
