Donald Vincent Danko of Augusta, Georgia passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017. He was the beloved husband of 53 years to Rosalyn Maria (Williams) Danko. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Lance E. Danko (Madea) and Joel P. Danko (Elizabeth) and four grandchildren, Hunter R. Danko, Kendall R. Danko, Dominic J. Danko and Kayla E. Danko. Donald was originally from Clairton, Pennsylvania and was predeceased by his parents, Michael A. and Mary T. Danko. He was a graduate of Duquesne University, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Donald enjoyed reading his Bible and had a deep love for classical music. He played the piano, organ and guitar. He also had an amazing talent for photography and enjoyed taking photos of his family and at special events. A celebration of life service will be held at New Life Church located at 250 Bobby Jones Expressway, in Augusta, Georgia on Wednesday, June 14 at 1:00 PM with Pastors Bryan and Rhonda Matthews officiating.
