Entered into rest on May 19,2017 Mr. David Lee Rogers husband of Mrs. Kathryn Griffiths Rogers of Waynesboro Ga. Mr. Rogers was born in Morgantown WV. He was preceded in death by his parents Norvell and Iva Rogers. He was retired from Regents Security. He was a member of Rosemont Baptist Church and he was always willing to serve his Church,he also served as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. He was a loving husband ,father ,grandfather and great grandfather. In addiiton to his wife he has 2- sons -Frank Drayer-Cleveland Ohio,William B. Drayer-Augusta Ga. 6- daughters-Patricia Mansfield-Cleveland Ohio,Mary Martin-Canton Ohio,Frances Baker-Cleveland Ohio,Christine Cantrell-Cleveland Ohio,Nancy Metz-Cleveland Ohio,Brenda Rogers-Parkersburg WV. 1- sister- Carolyn Lemaster-Rockcreek Ohio, 32 -grandchildren, 48- Great grandchildren. The graveside service will be held Thursday May 25,2017 2;00pm at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. Wes Lawson officiating. The family and friends will meet at the graveside. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 pm at the Thomas L. King Funeral Home.
