David George Northcutt

David G. Northcutt left this earth on March 31, 2026.

He was born to Joe Northcutt and the late Anni Zerr Northcutt. David was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed collecting beer steins, beer signs, and many other treasured items. He had a big heart and cared deeply for his family, especially Bear.

David is survived by his father, Joe Northcutt of Martinez, Georgia; his sisters, Helene (Jochen) Loos of Germany and Christa Duffie of Augusta, Georgia; and his brother, Frankie Northcutt of Martinez, Georgia. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, including his very special fur nephew, Bear.

David thought the world of Bear, and their bond was truly one of a kind. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him—especially Bear.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Anni Zerr Northcutt, and his sister, JoAnne Eler.

A Celebration of Life will be held in October alongside his mother’s memorial, allowing family and friends time to gather and honor them both.
