MARTINEZ, Ga. - David Lee Jennings, 49, was called home to be with our Lord on November 13, 2013. David was a 1983 graduate of Evans High School, Evans, Ga. He was employed by Augusta, Sportswear for twelve years and Walmart of Evans and Martinez for eight years, where he worked in the produce dept. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Dauzie Jennings, his mother, Delores Cox, brother, Michael Jennings and sister, Renee Jennings. He is survived by his father, Ray (Connie) Jennings of Concord, N.C.; three sisters, Denise (Jay) Smith, Annette Best of North Augusta, Kristi Jordon of Concord, N.C.; two aunts, Judy Jennings of Martinez and Peggy Reid of Grovetown, and many loving uncles, aunts and cousins. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 12 noon in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alvin Jones, Jr. officiating.
