On April 12th, 2018, Daryl Heyward Knight entered into the presence of his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Daryl fought a terminal illness for 3 years, knowing his final destination, with unsurpassed faith like no other. He is a measuring stick of faith in Christ for all of us and had a love that only comes from above. He was a faithful servant, teacher, elder and ordained minister of the Word of God for more than 20 years at Living Waters Church. He also faithfully ministered at the Augusta State Medical Prison for many years through Full Gospel Businessman's International, in which he served as President. Daryl was a successful independent businessman, including insurance, through which he ministered and served countless individuals professionally and as a true friend. Daryl is survived by his wife of 30 years, Terry Knight, who loved him like no other and called him "My Daryl." Remaining to carry his legacy are; his sons James (Nicki) , Jonathan (Ashton), David, his grandson Gabriel, his brother Gene (Elaine), his sister Dayanne (Ed), his nephews Curtis (Ashley), Gordon (Mac), Chris (Gretchen), Nick, Matthew, Gregory, Calvin, great nieces & nephews Tank, Willow, Garron, Gemma, brother & sister-in-law Eddie & Rita, faithful Pastor & father-in-law Oscar Whiteside Jr. and countless friends. You, your unique sense of humor and your unconditional love will remain with us as a shining example of a life of Christ. We will miss you but look forward with anticipation toward our eternal reunion. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A celebration of life will be held 12:00 P.M.
