Mrs. Connie Ann Houmiel, 70, wife of Mr. James Richard Houmiel Jr., entered into rest on November 4, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Thursday November 11, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Evans at 11:00 AM.

Mrs. Houmiel was born in Massena, New York, and was the daughter of the late Ray Wilson Cross and Winifred Osler Cross. She loved teaching and was a teacher at First Baptist Church of Evans for over 25 years. Mrs. Connie also loved gardening and antiquing with her friends but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister Barbara Love.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her son Christopher Houmiel, her daughter Morgan Duckworth, her brother Gary Cross (Gladys), and her 2 beloved grandchildren Zoey Houmiel and Jack Duckworth. Thomas L. King Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
