Mr. Charlie William Poole, 89, beloved husband of the late Florie Mae Buck Poole, entered into rest Saturday, December 30, 2017 at home. Mr. Poole was born in Augusta to the late John and Katie Thomas Poole. Mr. Poole retired as a Master Plumber and was a member for 50 plus years of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local # 150. He loved dancing, golf, and yard sales. Mr. Poole is preceded is death by a great grandson, Noah. Mr. Poole is survived by 4 daughters, Patsy Poole Gilmer, Linda Poole Carr, Tootsie Poole Reeves, and Debbie Poole, all of Augusta, 8 grandchildren, Melissa, Chuckie, Jennifer, Charlie, Brian, Ashley, Amanda and Justin, 13 great grandchildren, Shannon, Chris, Peanut, Brittany, Edward, Josh, Dustin, Damon, Taylor, Katelyn, Breanna, Abel, and Jackson, and 4 great great grandchildren, Kayla, Hayden, Connor, and Chesnee. There will be a Celebration of Life Visitation on Friday, January 5, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
