Mr. Cook is survived by his parents, Robert and Marnie Cook of Martinez, Ga.; grandmother, Mary Holler, Protection, Kansas; brother, Christopher Guffey, Rossdille, Ga.; sisters, Katie Cook, Martinez, Ga., Winter Faircloth, Augusta, Ga.; nephew, Hunter Tyler, Martinez, Ga.; aunt, Sheryl Sikes, Augusta, Ga.; godmother, Kim Luciani, Martinez, Ga.; cousins, Travis Sikes and Tracy Chambers, Martinez, Ga. and his Kroger #294 family.
