She is survived by her mother- Mrs. Louise Tinley Simmons,son- David Alexander Kay,daughter-Lauren Elizabeth Kay, brothers- Carey James Simmons and Brian Kish,sisters-Helen Kish Lindholm,Tiffany Kish, and Nancy Holland ,fiance- David Joseph Meyer, uncle's- Johnnie Kish and Buck Tinley.
