HARLEM, Ga. - Mrs. Carrie Owens Powell, 94, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at her daughter s residence. Survivors include, sons, Roy E. Bishop (Judy), Augusta, Ga., Donnie R. Wilkerson (Theresa), Martinez, GA.; daughters, Bonnie Waldoch, Grovetown, Ga., JoAnn B. Mullis (James), Harlem, Ga.; brother, Wilber Owens of Augusta, Ga.; 18 cherished grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; beloved nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by daughter, Helen B. Poppell. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Farmer officiating. Interment in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
