Caroline D. (Osowski) Kozemko passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the age of 78.

She was preceded in death by her parents Vincent Adam Osowski and Marie Elsie Ungvarsky.

She is survived by her husband of almost 53 years, Robert T Kozemko, her brother Vincent Osowski, Pennsylvania, her son, Robert J Kozemko, South Carolina, her daughter Elizabeth Mantlow (Ernest), Georgia. She has 3 grandchildren Paige Molina (Cory), Jackson Mantlow and Nicholas Mantlow and 2 great grandchildren. She worked for many years at the Kmart on Gordon Hwy.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 P.M  Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Rd, Martinez, GA.

The funeral Mass will be at St Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 4921 Columbia Rd, Grovetown, GA at 10:00 A.M Thursday,October 7th, 2021l with Father Chris Hassel celebrant.
