Camden Poole, affectionately known as Cam or C.J., entered into rest on May 5, 2025.

Cam was a lifelong Augusta area resident and a second grader at Hephzibah Elementary School. Cam was very active enjoying swimming, rough housing with his dad, and going fast on his dirt bike. Dancing and listening to music were his favorites also.  An avid gamer, he enjoyed playing video games such as Minecraft, Roblox and Sonic, or his Meta Quest VR system. When it was time to settle down, Cam could be found cuddled up with his furry blankets, enjoying an ice-cold Coke.

Love was the best way to describe Cam; he had many friends at school and never met a stranger. He loved his family, his best friends, and especially loved his fur babies, Luna, Duke and Roxie. Cam will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him.

Survivors include his parents, Kayla Poole and Clay Dent; grandparents, Monica and David Poole; great grandparents, Neal and Carol Pitts, Rachel and Mike Paris, and Chris Dent; aunts and uncles, Gage Poole, Tyler Dent, Derek Dent, and Amber Dent, as well as many friends and other extended family members.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
