APPLING, Ga. - Mrs. Brigitte L. Yahn, beloved wife of 58 years of Mr. Jerry Lee Yahn, entered into rest Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Doctors Hospital. Mrs. Yahn was born January 15, 1938 in Kaiserlauten, Germany. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the chapel of Thomas L. King Funeral Home with Chaplain Richard Thigpen officiating. Interment will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Yahn was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Roy Yahn. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Yahn is also survived by a son, Robert Yahn (Tracy) of Appling, Ga.; two daughters, Helen Frost (Mike) of Martinez, Ga. and Brigitte Pilgrim (Roger) of Appling, Ga.; six grandchildren, Jacqueline Holsonbake (Chris), Tiffany Usry (Scott), Tabatha Thompson (Charles), Dante Pilgrim, Haley Yahn, Ashby Symms, and Cameron Symms; four great-grandchildren, Ansley Holsonbake, Katelynn Usry, Dylan Usry, and Brantley Holsonbake. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Florist deadline is Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Thomas L.
