The funeral will be held Monday, August 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Bellevue Chapel with Rev. John Kilpatrick and Pastor Chris Painter officiating. Mrs. Winters' interment will be at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Mr. Winters' interment will be at 12:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Winters has three brothers, Howard Maddox, Grovetown, Ga., George Maddox, Thomson, Ga., and Will Maddox, Social Circle, Ga., and one sister, Maryann Eubanks, Augusta, Ga.
