Billy Ryan Powell, 40, of Martinez, passed away on April 16, 2025.

He was a lifelong area resident. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing, hunting and camping. He had a big heart and was loved by everyone who crossed his path and will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Survivors include his children, Hailey Powell and Meleeonah Powell; parents Billy and Betty Powell; grandfather, Dolphus Bridges; siblings, Kyle Powell and Amber Powell; and his nieces, Tabby, Autumn and Blair.

A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 10:00 Am until 12:00 PM at Three Nails Gospel Church, 4569 Cox Rd. Evans GA 30809. Florist please deliver flowers to the church.
