Billie G. Boutwell, 58, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

Billie is survived by her two daughters, Dale Mccart (Danny) of Monroe Georgia, and Debra Spaugh (Shane) of Lexington, North Carolina; multiple siblings; and her grandchildren who were her true happiness, Roger Boutwell, Alexis Walker, Kalie Spaugh, Riley Spaugh, Shane Spaugh Jr., and Maverick Spaugh.

She was born and raised in Georgia but her heart always belonged to the sandy beaches of St. Augustine, Florida. From saltwater fishing to freshwater, anywhere with a pole in her hand was her happy place. Her talent was in the kitchen where she could share her love and laughter with her family and friends.

Though gone too soon, her memory will forever live on in every life she touched.
