Betty Ruth Moore, 74, entered into rest on Friday, May 26, 2023.

Betty leaves behind her loving husband of 49 years, John E. Moore; her daughters, Andrea Nettles and Susan Berumen; grandchildren, Corrina Fountain, Becka Gassman (Matt), Brenda Berumen (Matt), and Beverly Benesch (Kyle); two great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Norman and Mackenzie Norman; sisters, Linda Parker (Louis) and Carol Ellsworth; brother, Edward "JR" Usry; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mollie and Edward Usry.

Betty was a retired histology technician, where she considered her coworkers family. She loved to shop and watch her Hallmark movies, especially at Christmas. Her husband and her family were her top priority, always making sure they were taken care of.

She will truly be missed by all. She will live on in our hearts forever.

The family will receive friends for a celebration of life visitation from 5:00 - 7:00pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez, GA 30907.
