Betty Thompson, 69, of North Augusta, South Carolina, entered into rest on Sunday, August 14, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Thompson. She leaves behind her sister, Ginger Strickland; Three Children, Tammy Kelly (Chris), Shannon Hall, and George Hilson; Eight Grandchildren, and Twelve Great-Grandchildren, Kayla Plueger (Austin – Emma Jean, Ryker, and Bentlee), Payton Prather (Joshua – Loulie and Henry), Cadle Roker (Alex – Ayva and Daniel), Daniel Labadie (Amanda – Sarah, TJ, and Colton),Hanna Hall, Ashton Gray (Chris - Brinley), Jesse Jester (Haylee - Blakelee), and Skylar Toole; and her sweet puppy Lucy Lou.

Betty was energetic and spunky and loved being with her grandchildren and dogs. She left joy and happiness wherever she went. Per her family's request, no funeral or memorial services will be held. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta.
