Barry David Crawford entered into rest May 3, 2026 in Blythe, GA at the age of 72. Barry was born on May 9, 1953 in Greenwood, SC to Howard and Earline (Culbertson) Crawford. He is preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Deborah (Briggs) Crawford and brother, Larry P. Crawford. He is survived by brothers, George H. Crawford (Connie) of Eatonton, GA, Michael D. Crawford of Thomson, GA, Christopher E. Crawford (Heather) of Dearing, GA, nephew Michael J. Peebles (Melanie) of Blythe, GA and other nieces and nephews.

Barry retired from Mid-South Container/Georgia Pacific, Augusta, GA after more than 30 years of service. Barry enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman, hunter and Georgia Bulldogs football fan.

Barry will be sorely missed by his family and friends. The family asks for your thoughts and prayers in this time of loss.
